Fiona Stevenson
‘Releasing potential’ is what makes me feel alive, whether that is helping someone else realise more potential or stretching myself.

About me

I am motivated by seeing individuals grow and teams excel. I work with individuals, teams and organisations to develop leaders and facilitate change so that they can transform the people and communities around them.

Having predominantly worked in consultancies with numerous international clients, I now work as a facilitator, coach, mentor and consultant. I occasionally take on an interim management role.

As a coach/mentor, I predominately work with people who want to develop their leadership and management capabilities and confidence. The agenda is set by the client and sessions can address current challenges while building competencies and strategies for the future.

With over 30 years’ senior cross-disciplinary management and leadership experience in various roles, I have managed large teams, complex projects and experienced the demands faced by leaders operating in a dynamic environment.
