About me
I am passionate about helping individuals grow and teams excel. Drawing on more than 35 years of senior cross-disciplinary leadership and management experience across a range of sectors, I work with individuals, teams, and organisations to develop leaders, facilitate change, and create lasting impact within the people and communities they serve.
Having spent much of my career in consultancies supporting a wide range of international clients, I now work primarily as a facilitator, coach/mentor, and pastoral supervisor, while occasionally undertaking select consulting projects.
As a coach and mentor, I work mainly with people seeking to strengthen their leadership and management capability, confidence, and effectiveness. My approach is grounded not only in professional coaching practice, but also in lived leadership experience gained through leading teams, managing complexity, and navigating change firsthand. Coaching is client-led, combining support for current challenges with the development of practical strategies and competencies for the future.
Throughout my career, I have led large teams, managed complex projects, and experienced first-hand the demands placed on leaders operating in dynamic and evolving environments.
